Delectable lemon buttercream frosting.
Ingredients
3/4 cup butter, room temperature
4 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon lemon zest
2-4 Tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 teaspoon Lemon Oil
Preparation
Whip all ingredients together until smooth and creamy. Grandpa was delighted!
